ROAD ROLLER
Road roller training and operator certification programs are readily available throughout South Africa, including locations in and around Kempton Park. These courses typically take 2 to 14 days.
What the Course Covers
- Theory: Workplace safety, site hazard assessments, and basic maintenance of heavy earthmoving machinery.
- Practical: Operating both single and double drum rollers, vibration control, and compacting asphalt or soil on a dedicated training layout.
- Assessments: Written testing and a practical operator evaluation to earn your NQF Level 2 qualification
Requirements:
- A valid South African ID or passport.
- A valid Code 8, 10, or 14 Driver’s License.
